The regular veg box normally includes at least 5 different types of vegetables. One of those normally is a salad bag the others are fresh seasonal portions of vegetables all grown on Oak Barton Farm. Enough for a few meals.

The small veg box normally includes at least 3 different types vegetables. Enough for a few meals for small households.
